Do not use sexxWise illegally, access adult features while underage or ineligible, facilitate exploitation or trafficking, solicit illegal sexual services, or circumvent age, eligibility, subscription, moderation, or access controls.

Do not harass, stalk, threaten, dox, impersonate, exploit, or submit non-consensual intimate content. Do not submit sexual material involving minors, identifiable real people without appropriate consent, or information you have no right to share.

Do not distribute malware, steal credentials, abuse APIs, scrape automatically, attack security, probe without authorization, evade limits, spam, defraud, manipulate payments, or interfere with another user's account or service access.

Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, database rights, or other rights. Licensed stories and product assets are for authorized personal use only.

Users are responsible for credentials, lawful use, submitted content, respecting privacy and consent, and ensuring that information shared with another person is theirs to share. This does not waive rights or protections that consumer law does not permit sexxWise to exclude.

sexxWise may restrict, remove, block, investigate, suspend, or terminate for serious violations. Actions should be proportionate and follow legally reviewed preservation, notice, and appeal practices where applicable.
