Data Rights

Depending on jurisdiction, rights may include access, know, export, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, restriction, objection, portability, opt out of sale or sharing, limit sensitive-information use, appeal, non-discrimination, or complaint to a regulator. Not every right applies in every location.

Signed-in users can download raw data, correct account information, delete Activity, delete Health data, clear Explore history, delete Pulse Check answers, delete fantasy chats, withdraw optional consents, and request account deletion from Settings, Data & Privacy.

Account holders and, where required, non-account holders can submit Access, Deletion, Correction, Portability, Withdraw Consent, or Other requests through the Privacy Request form. sexxWise asks for only the identity information needed to find and verify the request.

sexxWise may verify control of the account or contact channel without automatically demanding an identity document. Additional verification should be proportionate to the sensitivity and risk of the request.

Deadlines, extension rights, appeals, authorized agents, and regulator complaints depend on applicable law. Request records store status and deadlines only after those requirements are configured and reviewed.
