Subscriptions & Billing

sexxWise offers Free, Plus, and Premium. Current product pricing is Free at $0, Plus at $7.99 monthly or $69.99 yearly, and Premium at $12.99 monthly or $109.99 yearly. Checkout remains the authoritative display for currency, taxes, plan, interval, and final amount.

sexxWise must show the selected plan, price, currency, billing interval, trial duration if any, post-trial price, renewal behavior, and cancellation process before payment authorization.

Paid subscriptions renew at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. Price changes require appropriate notice and may require renewed authorization depending on law and provider rules.

A trial is active only when checkout expressly confirms eligibility, duration, post-trial amount, billing date, renewal, and cancellation. Product copy alone does not create a trial.

Feature access can change immediately or at a billing boundary according to provider behavior shown before confirmation. A downgrade does not delete stored history or custom-field values; it may limit normal visibility until access is restored.

Use Settings, Subscription, Manage subscription to open the Polar portal. Cancellation should stop the next renewal, confirm when paid access ends, explain whether cancellation can be reversed, and avoid intentional friction.

A failed or past-due payment may limit paid features after provider retry and notice behavior. sexxWise should preserve core privacy, export, deletion, health, and safety functions.

The commercial refund rule is NEEDS BILLING PROVIDER + LEGAL REVIEW. Mandatory statutory rights apply. Contact support@sexxwise.com with a billing question and include only the minimum transaction details needed.

Deleting an account does not silently cancel a paid subscription. sexxWise requires the billing relationship to be handled explicitly before final account deletion. Transaction and tax records may be retained where lawfully required.

Cancellation or downgrade does not automatically delete private data. History may become unavailable in paid views, but users keep access to raw export and deletion controls. Retention remains governed by the Privacy Policy.
