Consumer Health Data Privacy

Depending on applicable law, this can include testing records, symptoms, contraception, pregnancy or fertility interests, cycle information, pain, comfort, sexual function, sexual activity, safer-sex information, and inferences or personalization based on those categories.

sexxWise may collect only the categories a user chooses to provide: testing dates and optional types or results, reminders, contraception, appointments, symptoms, comfort and pain, body or life-stage context, sexual-function context, activity records, and health notes.

Health data comes directly from the user through onboarding, personalization, activity logging, Health forms, Pulse Check, or settings. sexxWise does not purchase health data from data brokers.

sexxWise uses selected data to provide private records, reminders, user-requested summaries, relevant fields, educational content, and optional reports. It does not use health information to infer Explore preferences or target advertising.

Firebase/Google Cloud processes data for application infrastructure. Health data is not sent to Polar for billing or DeepSeek merely because it exists. A user's explicit question or generation prompt may itself contain health information and would be sent to the configured AI provider to answer that request.

Use Settings, Data & Privacy for export or scoped deletion and the Privacy Request form for jurisdiction-specific requests, consent withdrawal, or appeal. The availability and deadlines of legal rights depend on location.
