Adult Content Policy

Explore is optional, restricted to eligible adults age 18 or older, and separately activated. Adult stories and private fantasy chat require their own opt-in where designed. sexxWise may restrict adult features by jurisdiction.

Additional age assurance may be required depending on location, law, risk, or provider requirements. Adult content is unavailable while eligibility is unresolved. Users must not attempt to bypass age or access controls.

sexxWise prohibits sexual content involving minors or apparent minors, age-ambiguous child-coded content, child sexual abuse material, exploitation, trafficking, hidden-camera material, non-consensual intimate imagery, non-consensual real-person sexual deepfakes, bestiality, illegal content, real-person sexual impersonation, and content facilitating sexual exploitation.

Fantasy Chat and custom stories involve fictional, generated entertainment. Adult characters must be fictional and clearly adult. Generated content does not represent a real person's feelings and is not professional health or relationship advice.

sexxWise may use automated rules and model instructions to refuse, redirect, block, or end prohibited prompts and outputs. sexxWise does not disclose security-sensitive moderation internals and does not imply that a human reviews every private conversation.

If sexxWise later links to an external adult-content service, that service has its own privacy policy and may collect information when visited. sexxWise does not control an external site or imply that it follows sexxWise privacy practices.

These restrictions apply to every plan. sexxWise may remove content, restrict a feature, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or report illegal material where required by law and an approved operational process.
