Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how sexxWise collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects personal information. sexxWise processes information that can be highly intimate, so this policy identifies sexual-wellness, health, relationship, and adult-content data directly rather than hiding it inside a general category.

Sexxwise Inc. operates sexxWise. Registered address: 100 Main Street, Suite 100, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA. The company identity and address are not approved for production until the configuration above is completed and reviewed.

This policy applies to the sexxWise website, authenticated web application, Health Hub, activity tracking, Pulse Check, Together, Explore, adult stories, private fantasy chat, private Ask feature, subscriptions, support, and related services. External sites have their own policies.

sexxWise is intended only for adults who meet the minimum age in their jurisdiction and are at least 18. Some adult features require additional, separate activation. sexxWise may require additional age assurance where law, provider requirements, or product risk requires it.

Users may provide an email address, alias, preferences, activity entries, health records, reminders, private questions, relationship information, adult-content preferences, generated-content prompts, notes, support messages, and subscription-related information. Many fields are optional and can be disabled.

Users may choose to provide information about sexual activity, sexual health, sex life, reproductive health, sexual preferences, relationships, sexual function, pregnancy or fertility interests, and other intimate matters. sexxWise uses this information only to provide the selected tracking, health, reflection, personalization, Together, or Explore functions. The lawful basis and any special-category processing condition must be approved for each applicable jurisdiction.

sexxWise and its infrastructure may receive authentication state, device and browser characteristics, request timestamps, error and security events, approximate network information available to infrastructure providers, feature usage counts, cookie preferences, and subscription status. Sensitive field values must not be placed in generic analytics or URLs.

sexxWise receives account and authentication information from Firebase or a selected sign-in provider, subscription and transaction status from Polar, and generated responses from the configured AI provider. sexxWise does not currently claim an integrated identity-document age-assurance provider, advertising network, email provider, or support platform.

sexxWise uses information to provide the service selected by the user, preserve account security, personalize relevant modules, create user-requested content, administer subscriptions, answer support or privacy requests, comply with law, and enforce safety and acceptable-use rules.

sexxWise can use goals, body and life-stage configuration, relationship context, learning preferences, tracking choices, recent changes, and selected modules to decide which fields and educational or reflective content appear. sexxWise does not use sensitive personalization answers to change subscription prices. Advanced legal-basis mapping remains under review.

Health information can include testing dates and optional test types or results, contraception records, reminders, appointments, symptoms, comfort or pain, sexual-function context, and health notes. These records provide organizational and educational features, not diagnosis or treatment.

Activity records can include date, activity type, optional partner nickname, condom use, lubricant, contraception, satisfaction, mood, connection, orgasm, wanted or safety reflections, custom fields, and notes. The user controls which optional fields appear. sexxWise does not treat higher frequency as better.

sexxWise records the question identifier, answer or skip state, category, and response date when a user chooses to respond. Pulse Check answers are private to the account, are not automatically shared through Together, and are not sent as notification text.

Linking a partner does not give that partner access to activity history, Health records, Pulse Check answers, Explore history, fantasy chats, private notes, private questions, or personalization settings. Only information placed in the Together shared space or explicitly shared through a clearly described action becomes available to the linked partner.

Explore is optional and separately activated. Adult-content preferences are maintained separately from Health and Activity data. sexxWise does not infer Explore preferences from STI information, condom use, health records, partner information, activity frequency, symptoms, or orgasm data.

Where enabled, sexxWise may store stories read, saved stories, private generated chats, fictional character settings, fantasy boundaries, and generated stories. Reading and chat history can be disabled or cleared. Temporary-chat expiry behavior must be verified in the deployed environment.

Ask, fantasy chat, and custom-story generation may send the user's prompt and the minimum recent context needed to DeepSeek. sexxWise should avoid direct account identifiers in model prompts where practical. Provider retention, training use, processing regions, and contractual controls are NEEDS LEGAL + PROVIDER CONFIGURATION REVIEW. sexxWise must not claim that provider processing is zero-retention or excluded from training until verified.

Polar processes checkout and payment information. sexxWise stores subscription status, plan, billing identifiers, relevant dates, and transaction summaries needed to provide access and show billing history. sexxWise does not store full card numbers in its own Firestore data model.

sexxWise uses a session cookie, authentication persistence, cookie-choice storage, theme preferences, and temporary session storage described in the Cookie Policy. No analytics or marketing technology is listed as active in the current inventory.

sexxWise records coarse product events where implemented, such as a page or onboarding step being completed. Generic analytics must not receive STI information, condom use, orgasm, partner nicknames, sexual frequency, pregnancy intent, erection or cycle information, porn categories, fantasy prompts, chat content, or Pulse Check answers.

Enabled providers are listed on the Subprocessors page. Current configured categories include Google Firebase and Google Cloud for core infrastructure, Polar for billing, and DeepSeek for user-requested AI generation. No unconfigured provider is represented as active.

sexxWise shares information with processors only to provide requested services, with a linked partner only through an explicit Together action, when the user directs a disclosure, or when legally required. External adult-content links, if added, would lead to third parties with separate privacy practices.

sexxWise's current product policy is not to sell intimate user information, use sexual or health information for targeted advertising, or provide sexual-health information to advertising networks. Any advertising architecture change requires product, privacy, security, and legal review before implementation.

Retention depends on the data category and the user's choices. The schedule below is a product draft and must match deployed deletion jobs before approval.

sexxWise uses authentication, HTTP-only server sessions, owner-scoped Firestore rules, server-only privileged writes, separation of private and Together data, data minimization, and user-facing privacy controls. sexxWise does not claim perfect security, end-to-end encryption, zero knowledge, or a formal security certification.

Infrastructure, billing, or AI providers may process information outside the user's country. Processing locations and transfer mechanisms are listed as unresolved where they have not been contractually verified. Users in configured EEA or UK markets should consult the applicable supplement.

Depending on location, a user may have rights to access, know, export, correct, delete, withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing, portability, appeal, opt out of sale or sharing, limit sensitive information use, or complain to a regulator. sexxWise shows jurisdiction-specific rights only when configured as applicable.

Optional consent can be withdrawn in the relevant feature settings or Data & Privacy Center. Withdrawing Explore or adult-text consent stops future processing that depends on that consent, subject to records that must lawfully be retained and data the user separately chooses not to delete.

Account deletion removes user-controlled sexxWise data through the documented cleanup workflow, subject to billing, fraud, legal-request, dispute, and backup retention that has been legally approved. sexxWise does not promise immediate deletion from every backup. Active subscriptions must be handled explicitly before account deletion completes.

sexxWise is not for people under 18. If sexxWise reasonably determines that an account is ineligible, it may restrict adult features, suspend the account, and follow a legally reviewed deletion and appeal process. Adult content remains unavailable while eligibility is unresolved.

sexxWise may preserve or disclose information when legally required, to protect legal rights, or to address serious security or safety matters. Requests should be assessed for validity, scope, jurisdiction, and whether notice is permitted. sexxWise does not promise that private data can never be legally disclosed.

If sexxWise is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred subject to applicable law, confidentiality, notice, and continued protection. Intimate data requires heightened diligence in any transaction.

sexxWise uses rules and user-selected context to personalize modules and may use AI to generate requested text. It does not currently make legal or similarly significant decisions about users based solely on intimate information. Jurisdiction-specific automated-decision disclosures require review.

sexxWise versions this policy and shows the effective and last-updated dates. Material changes may require in-app notice, email, or renewed consent depending on the change and applicable law. sexxWise should not silently replace materially different practices.

California, EEA/UK, and Washington consumer-health supplements appear only when legal configuration marks them applicable. Their absence does not remove rights that apply under law. The applicability of each supplement is currently a legal configuration decision.
